The Club has now begun assembling the campsite crews for next year’s 2026 Club-Fest at Kelmarsh Hall. I would be grateful if you could share this opportunity with your centre members and see if any would be interested in joining the crew.

I have attached a division/centre booklet outlining the crew requirements from Wednesday to the following Wednesday. This includes a thank-you event on Tuesday evening. As a crew member, there is also a 45% discount available:

• £225 for a pitch with 2 adults

• £165 for a pitch with 1 adult

Additionally, I have attached an overview of the zones in relation to the main arena. Please note that the zone allocation for each centre will be determined by pitch bookings early next year.

If any of your members are interested, could I kindly ask you to either pass my details on to them or share their details with me directly.
